In these policies, the following definitions apply:

“Site” means the Spring PR website at www.springpr.com.
“Online Services” means online discussion boards, blogs, RSS content feeds, and votes.
I. Terms of Use
These are the general terms and conditions of Spring PR governing your use of the Site.
Acceptance.
This Agreement is legally binding and sets out the terms on which you may use the Spring PR Site and participate in Online Services. By using the Spring PR Site you agree to be bound by this Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, please leave the Spring PR Site immediately.
Eligibility.
To participate in Online Services, you must be 18 or over or if you are younger, you must have parental consent. Please note that all minors are encouraged to discuss this Agreement with their parents or legal guardians before they attempt to participate.
Non-Commercial Use.
The Spring PR Spring PR Site is for the personal use of visitors and may not be used for commercial purposes, except for approved advertising, promotion, and RSS programmes.
Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Spring PR Site will be investigated by Spring PR, and legal action may be taken.
You may link to the home page of the Spring PR Site but to no other page save with the Spring PR’s written consent. Unauthorised framing of or linking to the Spring PR Site is forbidden and legal action may be taken to protect Spring PR’s rights and the Spring PR community generally.
Republishers
Spring PR grants to the user the limited right to use the feeds by republishing the information of one or more of them (on public or private web sites) subject to the following additional limitations, most notably the requirement for proper attribution and linking.
(a) Attribution: You must clearly attribute the information to Spring PR. You may use any of the channel or item descriptions or titles that explicity refer to “Spring PR”. If you wish to use a different form of attribution, you must obtain separate explicit permission for the use of the material from Spring PR.
(b) Linking: You must provide links to Spring PR for each item of content that you choose to display. You must, at a minimum, use the item link in such a manner that visitors to your site can click on the content of the feed to navigate to the target, either in the same window or in a new window.
(c) Alteration: You may not alter the content of the feed, or fail to display part of the content. If you find errors, please notify Spring PR for corrections.
(d) You may not use the feed on any site that displays pornographic material, exploits children, provides instruction on or promotes illegal activities, or is in any way misleading, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of personal privacy.
(e) You may not transfer these rights to any other party, nor may you act or warrant that you act on behalf of, or as an agent of, Spring PR or its parent companies.
Intellectual Property Rights.
The Spring PR Site and the Online Services contain and employ registered and unregistered trade marks, copyright and design-protected material (including links and compilations of individual data) and other rights that are the property of Spring PR and its licensors.
Spring PR strictly reserves all rights in the Spring PR Site, the Online Services, and RSS feeds. In particular, save with Spring PR’s written consent in advance, you may not, unless as permitted under the RSS terms of use:
(a) copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any copyright material;
(b) reproduce any design-protected material; or
(c) make any commercial use of any trade marks.
Acceptable Use Policy.
You understand and agree that Spring PR may review and delete any content, messages, events, photos or profiles (collectively, “Content”) published displayed or created (hereinafter, “post”) by you that in the sole judgment of Spring PR violate this Agreement, or that may be obscene, offensive, blasphemous, illegal, or that may violate the rights of Site visitors, or harm or threaten the safety of any third party, or in some other way breaches this
You are solely responsible for the Content that you post and you agree not to post any Inappropriate Material (as defined below). You warrant that you are entitled to post or otherwise deal in the Content. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Spring PR in respect of against any action, liability, cost or expense (including legal costs and expenses) to be paid to any third party in respect of any claim or action arising from Content you have posted on the Site.
By posting Content to any public area of the Spring PR Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Spring PR an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license:
(a) to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute the Content or any part of it;
(b) to prepare derivative works of the Content;
(c) incorporate the Content into other works; and
(d) to grant and authorise sublicenses of the Content in respect of the above.
Spring PR reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone it believes to be responsible for the posting of Inappropriate Material, including without limitation, the removal of the offending communication from the Spring PR Site and the termination of future Site posting privileges to the offending persons.
“Inappropriate Material” includes (without limitation) material that:
(a) is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
(b) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
(c) involves the transmission of ‘junk mail’, ‘chain letters’ or unsolicited mass mailing or ‘spamming’;
(d) contains information you know to be false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene or defamatory;
(e) contains or promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person’s copyright work, (such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files) or any other material that infringes the proprietary rights of any third party;
(f) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
(g) contains pornographic or sexually explicit images or material of any kind;
(h) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
(i) solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
(j) engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
You must use the Online Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Links to external sites are provided for your convenience only. Spring PR does not approve of, endorse or otherwise recommend the content of any third party site and can accept no liability for the availability, suitability or content of such website(s) to which you will be moving should you choose to follow such a link.
Your personal information.
Usage of your personal information is governed by Spring PR’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of these General Terms of Use.
Third party web sites.
This Site also contains links to other third party web sites, which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Spring PR. Any such links do not constitute an endorsement by Spring PR Magazine of any products or services available on such sites. Spring PR provides these links for your convenience only and you use such links entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for the content or use of such sites or information contained in them.
Suspension of Site and Online Services.
Spring PR may suspend the operation of the Site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the Site or Online Services from time to time. Access to or use of the Site or pages linked to it will be not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability.
The Site and Online Services are provided free of charge and ‘AS-IS’. Spring PR expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement in respect of the proprietary rights of third parties. Spring PR cannot guarantee and does not
promise any specific results from use of the Spring PR Site and/or the Online Services.
The Online Services may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons.
Save only insofar as the final paragraph in this section below applies, under no circumstances will Spring PR be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Spring PR Site or the Online Services, any Content posted on the Spring PR Site, or any interactions between users of the Spring PR Site, whether online or offline. In particular, all liability arising from the following is hereby excluded:
(a) incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Spring PR Site or in connection with the Online Services, whether caused by Spring PR, users of the Spring PR Site, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Online Services;
(b) the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Spring PR Site or user of the Online Services;
(c) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user communications;
(d) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Online Services.
Under no circumstances shall Spring PR be liable to you for loss of profits goodwill data or any type of special indirect or consequential loss (including loss or damage suffered by you as a result of an action brought by a third party) even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or Spring PR had been advised of the possibility of you incurring the same.
Even though the posting of Inappropriate Material is strictly prohibited, there is a small chance that you might become exposed to such material when making use of the Spring PR Site of the Online Services. If so, you hereby waive any cause of action arising therefrom and any right to damages from Spring PR related to such exposure.
Nothing in this clause shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting the liability of Spring PR for personal injury or death resulting from Spring PR’s negligence or breach of this Agreement.
Remedies.
In the event that Spring PR determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any portion of this Agreement, or have otherwise demonstrated conduct inappropriate to the Spring PR community, Spring PR may:
(a) warn you via e-email that you have violated this Agreement; and/or
(b) delete any Content provided by you on the Spring PR Site; and/or
(c) prevent you from using Online Services; and/or
(d) notify and/or send Content to and/or fully co-operate with the proper law enforcement authorities and/or agencies for further action; and/or
(e) take any other action that Spring PR deems to be appropriate.
General and governing law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Spring PR and you and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, statements and understandings between Spring PR and you regarding the use of the Spring PR Site and/or the Online Services.
You agree that you have not relied upon any representation or statement not recorded in these Conditions in entering into this Agreement.
Spring PR may change these terms of use from time to time and will endeavour to notify you of any major changes by posting a message on the Site. By browsing the Site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms of use. Please review this policy each time you use the Site as it is subject to change at any time by Spring PR without notice to you;
The failure of Spring PR to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement or the delay by Spring PR in so doing shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English law and the parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect data from our website for a number of reasons, primarily to provide you with the most useful and relevant content and services from Spring PR. We do this through collecting and analysing both anonymous aggregate data and personal data volunteered by you online.
Personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number and e-mail) is collected from forms, emails, polls and survey submissions made by you with your permission. How do we use your information?
Personal data is collected for a number of reasons. It allows us to fulfil orders, process information requests and provide products or services from Spring PR. Data is held in electronic form in a supporter database with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We hold personal information as long as it is needed.
Where stated we may use personal data provided by you to contact you in the future about the work of Spring PR. Spring PR employs and partners with agents and other 3rd parties to fulfil orders, manage transactions and to carry out certain instructions you give us. Such agents and 3rd parties are bound by our data handling policy.
How can you change/access your information?
The accuracy of your personal data is important to us. Cookies.
A cookie is an alphanumeric text file that is sent from a website and stored on your computer hard drive by your web browser.
