Media relations
We’re good at this because we love to communicate. We’re not an agency that whizzes out press releases willy nilly. No, we like to be focused about what and who we send information to so that when we follow up we know exactly why that information is relevant to our contact. We also make sure that we read around our subject which means we can be very informative about all sorts of things.
We have great media contacts across national, trade and broadcast media. They know we don’t waste their time and can be relied upon. We’re going to keep on being dependable too because we get a kick out of knowing we’re good at it.
Event management
A great event, in our experience, requires extra attention to detail and super-organisational skills both of which we possess in abundance.
Reputation management
Because we are so good at communication we are a fount of information. If the industry is talking about you we’ll likely know about it and will let you know. Think of us as your eyes and ears. In a world where customer service isn’t always paramount know that we hold true to that traditional mantra “Customer is King” and will always fight your corner.
Promotions and competitions
Sometimes a competition or promotion is the way to get your target market to notice you – but they are not always the answer. We can help you identify when this is necessary and liaise with the selected media, write the copy and keep the prize winners happy. We can manage the process every step of the way.
Sponsorship and product placement
We’re always on the look out for a cracking sponsorship opportunity because we know that if done well it can give you extra credibility and that all important boost in levels of positive coverage. We are also well accustomed to getting product in and around places that will get it seen. Advertorials
We’ve got journalist blood running through our veins – Stephanie’s previous job entailed plenty of journalism at trade and consumer level – and we are quite adept at putting together an article whether it is a short 300 word advertorial or an in-depth double-page-spread. We’re good at probing, prose and professional polish.
